Sprint

The Sprint dock runs a timed writing sprint and counts the words you add.

What it shows

A running word count for the current sprint and the elapsed time.

Using it

• Start a sprint and write; the counter tracks words added (per document, so switching documents mid-sprint does not corrupt the count).
• Use it with Goals to build a daily habit.
