The AI Chat dock is a multi-turn assistant that knows your world.

What it shows

A conversation with the AI provider you configure, optionally in a persona you define.

Using it

• Configure a provider in AI ▸ AI Settings (any OpenAI-compatible endpoint, cloud or local); the AI is off until you do.
• Turn on Allow the assistant to make changes for an agent that can create and edit project content — each request is one undo step.
• Ground answers on your codex with Ask Your World and build the index first.
