Removes toolbarId / actionId's override, so isToolbarActionVisible() falls back to the default again.
bool ew::app::hasToolbarActionOverride(const Settings &settings, QStringView toolbarId, QStringView actionId)
Returns true if toolbarId / actionId has a stored override (i.e. differs from its default).
bool ew::app::isToolbarActionVisible(const Settings &settings, QStringView toolbarId, QStringView actionId, bool defaultVisible)
Whether actionId on toolbar toolbarId should be shown: the user's stored override if one is set, otherwise defaultVisible.

Persistence helpers for user-customizable toolbar button visibility. Each toolbar button is identified by its toolbar's stable id plus the action's stable id (e.g. "codex" + "new"); its override is stored under the settings key "toolbars/<toolbarId>/<actionId>" as "1" (shown) or "0" (hidden). These are UI-agnostic so the resolution logic can be unit-tested; the desktop ToolbarRegistry binds them to QActions.
