QStringList ew::app::tagsInUse(const ew::core::Project &project, const MountedLibraries &libraries)

The tags in use across project and every library it mounts, deduplicated and sorted – the pool a tag editor autocompletes from and a tag filter offers. Empty when nothing is tagged.
